Here at Vickers Young we have considerable experience dealing with cases that involve elements of bad credit.
We can assist you whether you have multiple missed payments, you have active or settled County Court Judgements. We have lenders that will lend to clients who have been bankrupt in the past or have current active or completed Individual Voluntary Arrangements.
As part of the process we will review your whole credit file and discuss all cases in detail with the lender prior to submission ensuring that your case has the best chance of being accepted without having repeated checks on your credit profile.
We also deal with lenders who don’t check your credit score but will review anything on the credit report and form a holistic view of the case.
For these cases lenders will often restrict how much you can borrow.
However we have a large selection of lenders and have got offers for clients with adverse credit at higher loan levels
If you have been having trouble with your existing broker / Estate Agent / Bank in obtaining a mortgage offer get in touch as we may be able to help you!
